Symptoms of Bone Cancer

Pain and swelling are the earliest symptoms of bone sarcoma. 

Bone pain

A lump may develop after a bone tumor becomes painful, but this might take some time.

Lump

Cancer that has spread to your bone marrow or caused blood loss can also cause anemia. 

Fatigue

 A bone sarcoma may cause symptoms such as fever, feeling unwell, weight loss, and anemia, a low level of red blood cells.

Other symptoms

Less than one percent of all cancers are bone cancers. The majority of bone tumors are noncancerous.
